We had prepared to buy a car...checked on prices and ask for bids online for a new Prius...planned to pay cash...the salesman couldn't answer basic questions about the car and when it came time to strike the deal he deferred to a manager who talked down to the buyer "a woman whom happened to be a doctor," we were informed buyers and that appeared to upset the folks...they offered her 5k for a six year old luxury car with 43k miles on it...at which time I suggested we leave...went to the Lexus dealership and had a completely different experience...bought a car and they gave almost 3x as much for the trade in as Landers offered...we won't ever shop there again!
