Our family had our first experience with Winning Smiles when our son Zachary (5yrs at the time) had lost a filling from one of his molars at his T-Ball game. We had called our dentist on that Saturday for advise. Because our son was not in pain or discomfort he told us to follow up the following Monday. We we pleased with his answer as we had plans to go to our cabin 2hours from home after the game. We continued with our plans and made it to the cabin without a hitch...then at midnight our son woke to throbbing pain, 103 fever and a swollen face. We endured the night with Motrin and Tylenol and headed home in the morning. It was very painful for our son, and it was upsetting to see your child in such discomfort. We called our dentist several times (but it was Sunday) with no response. We finally headed to urgent care for an antibiotic. That Monday our dentist was very apologetic and got us right in. He told us the best thing to do was seek expert advise from a pediatric dentist (Dr. Foley)! I remember it was 3pm when our dentist called Dr. Foley's office and by 3:45pm we were being examined. The staff was gracious and accomodating. My child felt reassured and calm. All in all it was the best outcome for something so traumatic for our 5yr old. Currently our 3 children are patients of Dr. Foley and THEY wouldn't have it any other way!! Thank you all! ert
