This dental practice has always made my daughter comfortable & she likes Dr. Mike. After receiving a reminder today about her need for a cleaning, I decided to leave some feedback...

Outstanding service 1/24/2012

Came in for a routine cleaning and left with a few teeth missing but great customer service. And he still wants to come back after the procedure. Everything was great. more

Jonathan's Appt. 1/23/2012

Hello, this is Barry Chapman, Jonathan's father. If you really want my honest feedback, I was not happy with the fact that Dr. Mike decided to fill another cavity that he found that morning. I would have brought the issue up then, but I had been at the office the whole morning, and I just wanted to go home. In the future, I would like to be consulted on additonal work. My issue is twofold, Jonathan has severe anxiety when he needs to get dental work done, and you guys were very aware of my concern regarding our new insurance, and possible lack of coverage. We have been very satisfied with Winning Smiles, thus far, and have been loyal patients for over 3 years now. I really would like to continue this relationship, but this situation left a bad taste in my mouth. more

Excellence!!!! 1/20/2012

I would highly reccommend this group to anyone. I was extremely impressed with how all of the staff handled my daughter, calmed her nerves and took the baby steps that were needed in order to gain her trust. I can only say that I wish I had a place like this growing up!!! I never had a good experience at the dentist when I was young. And I am extremely thankful that my daughter will not have the same fears as I did. Thank you Dr Leanne and staff. Love you all and look forward to having you in our lives for many years to come!! :) more

All staff and doctor are excellent 1/13/2012

Walking in the door my daughter was so excited to see her name on the board and all the different rooms while waiting for her to play in. I have always had a hard time finding the perfect place for my children to go for dentistry work and I love the accommodations you provide at your facility !! more

Caring and Helpful! 1/13/2012

My daughter was very panicked about visiting the dentist, when her tooth cracked in half. We were able to get an appointment that morning. The assistant sat with her and explained everything, and did not leave her side during prep and procedure. She spent the time keeping her informed and calm in the situation. My daughter is not as anxious to return for her next visit (she never even wanted to hear the word dentist). She is looking forward to seeing her friend. more

Filling with Happy Gas 1/12/2012

My son had a great experience with having a filling done. He had a bad experience with a dentist at a previous dental office, so happy gas is the way to go for now. He did very well and the staff was wonderful and accomodating. Best dental office ever! more

Very kid-friendly 1/10/2012

My daughter had to have a filling and sealants, and I know she was nervous. The dentist and assistant made every effort to explain what was going on in a way that a 6-year-old can understand ("I'm going to use the whistly-brush to clean out the sugar bugs"). This definitely helped ease her nerves, and we were both smiling through the whole procedure. more

The Best Dentist 1/10/2012

Winning Smiles is a great dentist for taking care of your dental hygiene. They got rid of my cavity and put sealants on my teeth and it didn't even hurt. They are always on time or even early sometimes. more

Toddler Dental Procedure 1/4/2012

The staff put my toddler at ease for what is painful and scary procedure for an adult. The results were excellent. We couldn't be happier with this practice. My kids ask to go to the dentist!! more

All of our experiences are wonderful, Dr. Mike is great with my girls and I feel that they feel at ease with him and all of the staff.. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and providing such a wonderful atmosphere for my children and I. They truly look forward to every visit and so do I. Dr. Mike and his staff are not only talented, they are patient and kind to even the most frightened of kids. My son was terrified to have 4 baby teeth pulled on one visit, but came out of it smiling. Amazing! more
