This dental practice has always made my daughter comfortable & she likes Dr. Mike. After receiving a reminder today about her need for a cleaning, I decided to leave some feedback...

Unhappy 12/23/2011

The facility is awesome and the staff is very friendly. But I felt so uncomfortable after my last visit that I Willkie be bringing her back. She's very nervous about the dentist and she was being a little dramatic about the whole thing and Dr. Mike made me feel like it was my fault and that my daughter was misbehaving when really she was just nervous and needed to be put at ease. I said to him " she's a little dramatic" and he said "ya think?" Being a parent is my most important role in life and I don't don't need to feel judged while I'm at her dentist. more

Excellent all around 12/22/2011

Atmosphere is awesome..With the theater,game room, kids can pick something to do fun and make them comfortable before treatment. My son liked the train table. Dr. Mike explained everything clear before,during and after treatment. It made a great experience for a 3 yr old who needed 4 fillings! Thank you so much Dr.Mike and Staff!! more

Good experience "losing" first teeth 12/9/2011

My son is 7.5 and hadn't lost any baby teeth yet. Dr Mike at Winning Smiles had to "wiggle" out the top two front teeth because they had been loose for too long and were getting infected. My son was pretty nervous, but the staff and Dr Mike did a great job and by the end of the afternoon, my son was back to normal- and excited to have the tooth fairy visit for the first time ever! Winning Smiles even cleaned up the teeth and gave them to us in a tiny plastic treasure chest. more

Super satisfied mom 12/1/2011

My daughter had a previous experience with a children's dental office that was horrific. They were insensitive, and unprofessional. Her fear made her apprehensive about the dentist. Winning smiles won her over from the door. They did a fantastic job of making her feel comfortable and that made me feel commfortable. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. more

If you wanted your child to love going to the dentist, then go to Winning Smiles. My kids actually look forward to it. It is state of the art. Dr. Mike is awesome, young and his assistants are very nice. more

Special Needs Friendly 11/16/2011

I cannot express how happy we are to be with Dr. Mike and Winning Smiles. My son has never allowed anyone to look in his mouth due to a mild form of Aspbergers. He laid in the chair (for the first time ever) and allowed Dr. Mike to brush and floss his teeth. He has already developed a trust. The office is way out of our way, but the travel is completely worth it. Thank you! more

Good but too pricey ($$$$$) 10/27/2011

This dental practice has always made my daughter comfortable & she likes Dr. Mike. After receiving a reminder today about her need for a cleaning, I decided to leave some feedback as to why I will not bring her back. WS has always been above average in cost. But, after the move to the brand new facility, they are even more pricey than before. The group has responded to this info from other parents but the message hasn't gotten across. Regardless of their research, their prices are not average but are among the highest in the area. (Other dentists don't have cars with gigantic teeth on them parked out front). I can do without the Krups coffee-maker, movie theater, flat screens, game console, etc... These are expensive additions that have their own maintenance & support costs. Nice facility but not worth the extra $$ for what other pediatric dentists in the area can offer. more
