All I can say is best Dental care for your child. Winning Smiles is the "BEST"!!!!!

This dental practice has always made my daughter comfortable & she likes Dr. Mike. After receiving a reminder today about her need for a cleaning, I decided to leave some feedback...

The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was beacsue we waited for quite a while in the waiting room: called in approximately 1/2 hour after scheduled appointment time. Everything about this place screams we know kids! more

First visit = SUCCESS! 4/26/2011

Today was my girls' first visit to Winning Smiles and it was so good that now I am a patient! Parents not allowed in the room so kids are more relaxed, and so are the parents, coffee, movies, video games?! Seriously, this is the best! The kids even loved it too. This will be the last "first visit" we have to a dentist\orthodontist ever. THANK YOU! more

Our four year old has learned to love the dentist and Dr. Mike gets all the credit. He and his staff make each appointment wonderful for kids and parents alike. Dr. Mike doesn't even mind our screaming one year old - he says he can clean his teeth better if he's crying! Awesome experience more

So Welcoming 4/25/2011

I found Winning Smiles online and am so glad we chose them. Our family felt so welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. I love that our little boy plays with the other kids in the waiting area, love that the staff took a genuine interest in our family history and our son and love the 21st century feel of the office. It's a perfect place for us. more

Simply fantastic 4/19/2011

I was first impressed by the different "bells and whistles" available at Winning Smiles: the toys in the waiting room, the movie room, the TVs mounted to the ceiling in the exam rooms, etc. However, in addition to these cool things, the staff is just wonderful with my son. His favorite part of each visit is playing with the train table (I think the chocolate toothpaste helps too), and he becomes very scared and upset at times. The hygienists and dentists at Winning Smiles are always patient with him and treat us all so nicely, even if our son cries through his appointment. I feel like they truly "get" kids. I am very happy with the quality of care we receive as well as the customer service. I recommend Winning Smiles to all my mom friends. more

This was our first time at winning smiles, and I have to say I think I was more excited then my 3yr old.. The service was great, staff was extremely friendly, and I'm thankful for all the additional information that I received.. this was a great start to our day.. Thank you winning smiles... more

Best pediatric dentist office in wny. My kids love dr mike and his office. All the ladies in the office are wonderful and always so helpful with everything. I myself had changed dentists and have started going to winning smiles. Clean office and great service. more

everyone from reception, to hygenist to dr. mike is amazing. my daughter is pretty apprehensive at 5 to have sharp metal objects in her mouth. everyone si so great with her that she didn't want to leave! more

Great place! 4/16/2011

Great place but surprised by the lack of little kid, girl toys. Movie room was cool, and so was the game station (even though most games we couldn't get working) but those are more for older kids. Train table was amazing but the kitchen set had nothing. My girls complained that there was nothing to play with. But that is our ONLY complaint. more

My son doesn't want to leave! 4/15/2011

My son loves going to the dentist! He runs inside, ready to see what movie is playing & drive a train around on the train table. I enjoy the coffee/tea bar. I have always felt welcome to be with my son (3 yrs old) at all times; I would never leave him so young with a stranger, as kind & professional as they are. I attend his cleaning & x-rays. All staff are professional, welcoming, & patient too! More than not, I have to find something enticing to get him to finally leave the office when we're done! Adrianna Licata - We enjoyed having her check up and cleaning. Her Dental Hygienist spent time showing my daughter how to properly brush the back side of teeth that had extensive tartar build up. We appreciate the way we are treated on every appointment and the additional time you spend answering questions or concerns. more
