I've also been a long time customer of SOHO for the last 12 years. I miss Kat terribly, but the last two colors I received since were very good (can't remember the first girl, Brittney was 2nd). I've had a facial there once and I probably wouldn't go back. The facialist left the room while I was masque-ing, and most places I go to, the facialist will massage head/feet. I wish they had later evening hrs on MON/TUE, I'd DEF go then! Keep up the great work :)
