I don't understand how this restaurant is so popular. I have been to the chain in Raleigh and tonight went to the one in Durham. The one in Raleigh had a 6-hour wait on a Saturday night!! The one in Durham charged us twice for the meal that they messed up. I don't get the hype. The food is decent, isn't horrible, but nothing special. For the price and the service, I would rather go somewhere that has amazing food. If you don't care about service and you want to eat trough-sized-average dishes, then this is your restaurant. If you want a dining experience, go somewhere else.
