Let me start by saying that I use to manage a high end hair salon in Boston...therefore, I am very particular in regards to who cuts and colors my hair. As soon as I walked in the person at the front desk greeted me with a smile which made me feel so much more at ease. Sometimes its the little things that matter...I asked where the bathroom was and she went as far as walking me there instead of just pointing. I booked for color and had Lori and she was amazing!!!! Great personality and very talented. We discussed the color and worked with my hair can handle and what I wanted. I absolutely loved the end result. The place is very chic, open and relaxing. I was very impressed with their customer service and caliber of staff they have.
Pros: great customer service, lori was great, great atmosphere
