I usually don't take the time to write anything like this about a recent purchase but I was very satisfied with the purchase. One of your salesmen by the name of Nick was very friendly, very honest, and not a high pressure type of guy. He was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. Nick showed me the car in the pouring rain, took the time to tell me what I wanted to know and was very calm in the sale and transaction portion of the vehicle purchase. This is the second vehicle I have bought in the last 14 months from Michaels and I can't speak highly enough of Nick and his sales approach. I would recommend to anyone interested in buying a vehicle to visit Michaels Chevrolet of Fresno and if Nick is there, talk to him first. Once again thank you for making my recent purchase smooth and hassle free.
