Review content:
These stores used to be awesome. Now the owners are arrogant and unfriendly. I wanted to buy a pair of chairs in December while everything was half priced. I just wanted some quick info and a dude with a beard and long hair told me that he was paying me to take the chairs away! I knew they were a good deal but just had a few questions. The phone rang and he just walked off. I wasn't too thrilled to be insulted by a 30 year old who dressed like a sloppy high school stone. I grudgingly went to their store in Mesa called the Crowded House where I was met with the same rudeness of an old woman who was very snappy and short when I asked her questions. The employees were the same. All smelled of dirty cigarettes and one was wearing sunglasses inside while talking to me. It's too bad because they do have awesome finds at very reasonable prices. A little professionalism and patience would have sold me. I can't believe I was treated so rudely. Some people do admire professionalism and kindness in business. I don't care how cool or inexpensive the merchandise is, I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time.
