I had a very specific car that I had been searching for and Atlas had it; that's how I stumbled upon this dealership. Prior to visiting the dealership, I did as much research on Atlas as I could via the web. I read all the bad reviews and skimmed through the rest of them. I even checked their profile with the BBB. To make a long story more interesting: I went in, they showed me the car, we looked at financing options and I drove the car home that night. I'm pretty fresh (about a year) from a bankruptcy and they were able to get me a very decent interest rate with the monthly payments I was willing to do per month. It was even a big name reputable financing company! Not some mom and pop, your interest rate will be both your arms and one leg, type of financing company I was expecting (because of my bankruptcy). As this was the car I had been searching for, I was elated to get to bring it home. However, the next day, one of my headlights go out. I let them know and they told me to come in to get it fixed. Before I could make it out there (a couple of days), my other headlight goes out! Yes, it is a used car, therefore not perfect, but I must admit; my heart sank. Problems weren't exactly what I wanted to encounter after just having brought the car home. I called the guys and told them what happened and arranged to come in that afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership, they were pretty busy. They still managed to get everything fixed and I was on my way in about an hour. Most of the time, after a transaction is done, so is the customer service (that's why I waited before posting a review), but they handled the situation very professionally. I didn't need to argue with them to get it fixed, which is what I was worried about since it is a smaller dealership. Surprisingly though, everyone I encountered at the dealership was so incredibly sweet and considerate (reason why I'm not specifically naming anyone). I would definitely buy another car from them, but hopefully not soon. I love my new-used car!!!
