Fe weeks ago I called to make an appointment for two of my honda
vehicles. I made the appointment one day apart for both vehicles. I went
with my first vehicle in the first day of appointment. The guy says, there
was a typo on the system and my appointment is actually the next
day not that day. I need to mention here that I had added a reminder in my
outlook calendar when I made the call.
I asked him if he could accommodate and i was ready to wait as long as i
had to. He said he could not and told me to come the next day
Next day, I went to the dealer again but was late for 15 minute. The guy
gave me a big lecture and told me he can not accommodate me for the
scheduled oil change as I was late. He, like I said, lectured me giving
example of doctor's office visit and what not. I told him, I realize I was
late and told him that they have kept my car for days when they promised
me to service my car in couple hours. But he would not buzz.
At that point, I told him that I will never again to his dealer for any service
and left the dealer.
So, they are not accommodating, rude, and would deserve zero start.
