WE have ate breakfast at both Mimi's Cafes on the North part of the Springs. There is 1 on North Academy and 1 on North Powers.
Such wonderful food!! I had a Crab avacado omelet last time--it melts in your mouth. My husband has french toast that is stuffed with cream cheese and has 3 fruits over it-1 fruit has a glaze..
Muffins are to die for. And if its your first time and you tell them this-you get a take home sampler of their LARGE muffins! Such a nice surprise.
Most breakfast comes with fresh squeezed juices . The coffee is strong and wonderful!
Service was clean and fast and very friendly waitress and waitors...
Great place for family gathering with lots of room for kiddos--or just the 2 of you in a snuggly Tuscany booth!
Cant wait to try it for lunch and dinner...
