This company is very professional. The quality of service is excellent. They can clean just about anything out of your carpet. From all the mountain dirt and dust up here to spills, stains, and yes - pet odor. They are very forward about what can and can not be done. When they come out - they are alway pleasant and try to inconvenience you as little as possible.
