Long story short, I am new to town, I got my hair cut at another place (I will not mention the name) and it was hands down the worst hair cut I've ever gotten! I went to crabtree mall literally looking for any salon that seemed credible. I went into Mitchell's because the named reminded me of Paul Mitchell, though I do not believe there's any connection. A woman named Carlee took me as a walk-in. She totally listened to everything I had to say i.e. how upset I was about my current hair cut, and what I hoped for from my new cut. She did a phenomenal job with my hair. I am headed there again for hair cut tonight. I'm sorry the person above had such a mediocre experience with this salon, I can only speak from my own experience; I was very pleased =)!
