Greetings Americans - this is NOT, I repeat NOT Neapolitan pizza. It is bland, uninteresting americanized pizza. Just because it is cooked in a big clay oven with a name in tile over the door does not mean it is authentic. The best pizza in Seattle in a Neapolitan style is Fondi. Please don't take my word for it. Just try it.
