This title company is not a big company. They can only handle one case at a time, so the appointments have to be one at a time, or there will be a big wait time. We didn't have any problems with our closing. The company had everything waiting for us. We had to wait a few minutes for the previous closing to finish. We were in and out in less than an hour.
Our only problem is that we never received our Cash Sale signed copy. I contacted the company two times. They said they were going to mail it, and they never did. I finally showed up in person and demanded a copy. It took them a while to find us in the computer. Then they had trouble finding our file. Eventually, they were able to find it, but they had our file under the wrong name.
