You may ask for one thing in this salon but most of the time you don't get what you wanted. THe stylists do whatever they think is best as opposed to giving you the cut or style that you want. ALthough their prices are reasonable, it's not worth it when you walk out of the there and your hair looks terrible. The manager, a shorter woman, I think he name is Monica, is very rude and snippy to me everytime I used to go in there. I don't go anymore and haven't in years.
