The concept of getting you pictures in a hour is great, but this store needs more organization to pull it off. They have great props, but not enough backgrounds. You get there and they are always running late, but then they want to rush you through your session, and don't take the time to get good pictures. It is mostly teenagers taking the pictures and they get frustrated with young children most of the time. I really don't like the service here and I have had lots of problems with this store. They have lost my items, and my photos rarely turn out. They always want to put my fair skinned children on a white background.
