I am not impressed with Dr. Chen nor the office he works in. They won't let me change doctors within their own office, saying it is up to the doctors to agree to release and then accept a new patient. Excuse me, who is paying the bills? Shouldn't I have a choice in who I see? I too have waited over an hour to see Dr. Chen. He gives off a cold front and does not seem interested in any input from the patient. I would not suggest this business and particularly would not recommend Dr. Chen to anyone.
