Sad that people like Dr. Chen go into medicine. He can't seem to relate to others, as confirmed by prior reviews. Poor communication, no encouragement or warmth toward patients. Average wait in waiting room- one hour. Giggling, blase' staff made two dangerous mistakes on my chart- could have been life threatening (included misinformation on drug allergy). Completely unprofessional office! more

Not friendly, long wait 1/22/2007

I am not impressed with Dr. Chen nor the office he works in. They won't let me change doctors within their own office, saying it is up to the doctors to agree to release and then accept a new patient. Excuse me, who is paying the bills? Shouldn't I have a choice in who I see? I too have waited over an hour to see Dr. Chen. He gives off a cold front and does not seem interested in any input from the patient. I would not suggest this business and particularly would not recommend Dr. Chen to anyone. more

Beware of this office...too much time in the waiting room 8/3/2005

I went to Dr. Chen's for a little over a year and every time I came out of the office I was upset. Dr. Chen is not a very friendly person. He has a cold front to him and doesn't like to hear your opinion. The receptionists are giddy and are not overly friendly. I have sat more than an hour waiting for my appointment and not have a single word said to me about how long it would be. I would not suggest this place to anyone. more
