Sad that people like Dr. Chen go into medicine. He can't seem to relate to others, as confirmed by prior reviews. Poor communication, no encouragement or warmth toward patients. Average wait in waiting room- one hour. Giggling, blase' staff made two dangerous mistakes on my chart- could have been life threatening (included misinformation on drug allergy). Completely unprofessional office!
