We ordered a water heater from Home depot and fast water heater was the installer. They came and gave us an additional estimate which was the same price as what we paid home depot. When we told them no, they charged us the trip charge! They have no sense of customer service, and at least Home depot returned the full cost and the service charge from this installer. I would stay away from them if I can.
