I recently had repairs made by the Holt Cat Austin Field Service shop on my Caterpillar 12H Motor Grader and I would rate the experience a 12 1/2 out of 10. The Austin shop has the best reps, technicians, and service staff that I have ever seen. EVERYONE at that location that I dealt with was TOP NOTCH. I recommend them to others every chance I get. They are by far the best CAT dealer in the country!
