They never fail to meet my expectation. I have nothing but positive feedback for these guys. They respond to my calls promptly and they never make me wait. As a busy person, time is of the essence for me. So having to wait for a repair man to arrive at my house is something not convenient on my part. But luckily, that situation never occurred with their service. I also like how they deal things with me. They are very professional and they never lack in giving me consideration. They always fill in the holes when I ask explanation especially on invoice charges. With that, I will always get them because I feel at ease and comfortable having them repair my appliance at home.
