I found them on the internet while I was looking for an appliance repair company. I dialed their number and got an answer from one of their courteous customer service operators. I was given a schedule later that afternoon on the same day even though they have so many appointments that day. They gave me a time window and their technician arrived earlier. He was quick to analyze the exact problem and got my refrigerator fixed in almost no time at all. He was neat, had good manners, highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable. They are absolutely worth recommending! more

They never fail to meet my expectation. I have nothing but positive feedback for these guys. They respond to my calls promptly and they never make me wait. As a busy person, time is of the essence for me. So having to wait for a repair man to arrive at my house is something not convenient on my part. But luckily, that situation never occurred with their service. I also like how they deal things with me. They are very professional and they never lack in giving me consideration. They always fill in the holes when I ask explanation especially on invoice charges. With that, I will always get them because I feel at ease and comfortable having them repair my appliance at home. more

I called out of a recommendation from my neighbor whose appliance they fixed. My washing machine isn’t performing well and hence I needed professional help. My husband is a soldier and is not mostly at home and I don’t know how to hold any tool except for kitchen equipment. When I spoke with the man on the phone and they said that they will be at my house any time soon, I did not actually believed him and was waiting for an excuse anytime of the day but in contrary to my belief their repairman did show up on my door. When he looked at my washing machine, he then diagnosed it and got it fixed. I am not really a fan but since I got good service and a pleasant experience with them, I definitely would recommend them to all who’s looking for a decent repair service. more
