My husband and I workout at US Elite. I don't feel foolish or insecure when I workout in the class. I feel confident in the class. You work areas that women are typically shy about working out in a gym like the upper body and lower body. I feel more energy in the morning and I don't get that afternoon tiredness anymore. I feel more toned in the abs and I�‘m getting bi-ceps. I would recommend the kickboxing class. I know how women get intimidated at a gym because there are guys around, but this is a safe environment and it's really motivating.
