Don't use this freight forwarder. I had a package sent to them via courier last November 28, 2012 to be forwarded to Manila and the tracking shows it was received by a certain Kristine Sanchez. Until now (May 25, 2013) it still has not arrived. They don't respond to emails and if they do they will give vague answers like they are still looking into it. I have written off the item and just bought locally. I will never use this freight forwarder again.
