First Joe ignored me about 5 minutes while he was fixing a chair. I brought my son in to get a hair cut. He finally says "bring him over." He was still not friendly and I was starting to get nervous. I warned him my son doesn't like hair cuts and he said, "Well my nerves are shot." My son started to cry and he just shook his head no and took of the gown. He refused to cut his hair. I walked out shocked. I have never experienced anything like it! It was a horrible experience! I found it really rude and would never go there. He should not advertise children's hair cuts.
