I had a reservation at Enterprise and they did not have my car. I was scheduled to go out of town with my family for the 4th of July holiday. When I arrived at Enterprise they told me that they did not have my car. They said they would have something available in a couple of hours. I could not wait I was trying to go on vacation. I ended up renting from another rental car company. That company was U-Save they said they guaranteed there reservations and if I ever needed a car again that they would make sure my reservation would be held and my car would be there. Thanks U-Save and no thanks Enterprise, you just lost a customer and U-Save gained one.
