I had a reservation at Enterprise and they did not have my car. I was scheduled to go out of town with my family for the 4th of July holiday. When I arrived at Enterprise they told me that they did not have my car. They said they would have something available in a couple of hours. I could not wait I was trying to go on vacation. I ended up renting from another rental car company. That company was U-Save they said they guaranteed there reservations and if I ever needed a car again that they would make sure my reservation would be held and my car would be there. Thanks U-Save and no thanks Enterprise, you just lost a customer and U-Save gained one. more

Cars, vans, trucks, always available 11/4/2005

I had and accident and had to rent a car. This Enterprise office put me in the car of my choice - a brand new vechicle, clean, full of gas, and ready to go when I brought my car in for repair. All but the gas was covered by insurance!!!! What a great company! And...the transition back into my car was done with ease -- I returned the rental, signed off on the papers, and drove home in my newly painted, freshly cleaned, repaired car. more
