I am not a big fan of Mexican food but I do love an enchiladas every now and then. My gf has been begging me to go to Cafe Del Rio so I gave in and went. She promised I would love it and the hot sauce. The place was great. We went at a very busy time on a Saturday night and the wait was about 15 - 20 minutes depending on where you wanted to sit. Once we were seated the waitress immediately asked us what we wanted to drink and had chips and hot sauce brought out to us. The hot sauce is great. It's not too hot at all which is perfect for me. I ordered my enchiladas and she ordered her fajitas nachos. She is really picky about what is on them and the waitress made sure she had it right. About 10 minutes later the food was out. My gf told me the plates were huge and I wouldn't finish it and she was right. The plate was larger than normal Mexican food places plates and the food tasted great. She loved her nachos and when she asked for extra sour cream for them the girl brought it right out.
I had a great experience at Cafe Del Rio and I will be going back again.
