I bought my black poodle from Fourpoints Poodles in August, 2010. He is a happy, healthy, good looking, smart little boy. I am going back with my father to look at a puppy for him. There ARE a lot of dogs in the house, but they seem healthy and not mistreated. So, I'm of the opinion that it's not a puppy-mill.
