I just attended a graduation celebration at the Carnelian Room, and wow, was I impressed. This restaurant/bar is located on the top floor of the Bank of America building (52 floors up) and there are huge picture windows around the whole place. It was an amazing sight. You could see all of San Francisco from up there. I would highly recommend going there and having a cocktail just to take in the sights.
