Couldn't get to us right away on Saturday of a holiday weekend, but told us how to empty the badly leaking tank and promised to get to us the next day (Sunday). Called early in the morning and said they could come earlier than planned - yahoo! Good job. Good info from Mitch the installer. Would recommend.
