If you want great service, professional workmanship, reasonable rates do yourself a favor and call Northend Home Heating. Doug installed our furnace about 7 years ago. We had a problem with the furnace on 1/14/11, a Saturday and the first day of snow in Seattle. We called Doug and he set us up with an appointment that day. We were expecting to wait at least till after the weekend. Doug arrived an hour early, (what a concept!) fixed the problem which was with the electrical hook up with the thermostat, not the furnace. If we were to give him a rating it would be a 10 out of 10!
