Both times I had appointments at this office, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. It got to the point where there were not enough chairs for everyone waiting. I have also had a bad experience with the doctor that I saw there, and have heard that other patients have complained about him, as well. I have since started Dr. Jean Nelson in Grand Blanc, and am so very glad that I switched.
