Endocrine Consultants of Mid-Michigan

I have been very pleased with this doctor. I am a registered nurse and bring my grand daughter to see Dr. Bakleh. I am more concerned with the quality of treatment the doctor gives than the wait time in the office. I have never waited more than half and hour which is pretty much normal for a specialists office. This doctor has been very good with my grand daughter. He explains everything well and is patient with questions. Communications with both the doctor and office staff is good. I feel I am dealing with competent professionals. I like the convenience of being able to walk out of the examining room and into their on sight lab to have blood tests done. It saves a lot of time.Over all I am pleased with Dr. Bakleh and his staff. more

Both times I had appointments at this office, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. It got to the point where there were not enough chairs for everyone waiting. I have also had a bad experience with the doctor that I saw there, and have heard that other patients have complained about him, as well. I have since started Dr. Jean Nelson in Grand Blanc, and am so very glad that I switched. more

The doctors and staff here really go out of their way to make sure that you get the best experience possible. The doctors all know what they are doing and are incredibly knowledgeable. The staff and nurses really work with you and really do care and put alot of energy into making sure all your needs are meet. The only downside to this office is sometimes the waiting room times are very high. more
