Similar to the sister restaurant, Rojas, Blue's decor belies its name. The interior is clean and modern and the menu offers a huge variety of sushi, as well as entrées and appetizers. The martini list is also worth noting, as it is extensive and tasty. Several of us noted that the martinis are a little light on the alcohol, although this is probably a good thing at dinner.
