This is a tiny restaurant in the Hotel Morgan. It has very little atmosphere (other than some blue paint for the flag) and seems out of place. It is also very tight quarters. On the other hand, the food is good. The menu is not extensive but the prices are reasonable. The service is quick and it makes a good place to have lunch.
