Party Animals has lots of balloons and party supplies such as candles, gift bags, gag joke gifts and many others. They also have Rentals for poker tables, slot machines, costumes and wedding items such as arches. They have nice scrap booking items. The prices are a little above average, and don’t expect to be asked how you are doing. If you want assistance, you’ll have to go find someone to help you and thy usually only have one person working.
