There are some great new films, but most films don't merit a $9.50 ticket price. However, there are many that are worth $3! But the problem is that many of your friends may have already seen, months ago, the films that you might see at the Crest. You're not going to find the biggest screen or the best sound system or the best popcorn (which is going to cost just as much as you pay elsewhere), but it's only three bucks! And they management picks better than average films; there would be no point in bringing films that panned out at the box office. The location isn't exactly ideal either -- it's deep into the burbs. But it's only $3!
