I was a tenant for two years. After I moved out, it only took 5 days to get my Security Deposit back. Deductions were made, I was ok with them. But I realty appreciate the return of my money so fast. Everyone would thing a real estate office would take the full 21 days. I would be happy to rent from Makras Real Estate again..
