Awesome! Makras Real Estate helped me with the sale of my house. They were very helpful each step of the way. I didn't want to use a realtor at first, but when things got a bit complicated trying to sell on my own, I decided to call Makras Real Estate, who came highly recommended by a friend. Thanks to them, everything was much easier and smoother. I would definitely use them again on either another sale or buy in the area. Good job! Thanks again. more

Very consistent 9/13/2022

With Viktor's assistance, my wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our home in June of this year. He fulfilled every expectation we had for a real estate agent. Viktor was consistently prompt in highlighting new properties, responding to our inquiries, and setting up viewings. He was kind and considerate of our purchase requirements, but also patient. Viktor was quite astute in pointing out both the advantages and disadvantages of any property we looked at. Last but not least, I was quite impressed with his sincerity in calling attention to a big problem he had found during a pre-closing inspection that seriously jeopardized the sale. Viktor has my highest recommendation! more

They go above and beyond, making sure your home sale and purchase go as smoothly as possible. They have your best interest in mind. They helped me sell my house and purchase a new one during a really difficult time. The process could have been totally overwhelming, but it wasn't because of the good care Makras's team took to make sure all the details were taken care of. I will be forever grateful! more

Quick deal!! 8/12/2022

I was a first-time house buyer and understood very little about the process. To ensure that I was comfortable at all times, Viktor assisted in bridging this gap. He was quite understanding and cautioned me against making decisions before I was certain of them. I anticipated having to give up something I desire, but I most definitely didn't. He quickly recognized the styles of condominiums I prefer or dislike, and as a result, he was able to quickly set up a viewing for me at the house I now adore, and we closed the sale! more

Over the last year, they have assisted us with three real estate transactions. We had a great time working with Makras Real Estate. They are professional and well-versed in the San Francisco, CA market. Very responsive and organized, always responding to emails and texts on time. Aside from that, they are extremely helpful with all types of questions and continue to offer assistance and advice with purchasing questions long after the sale has been completed. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, they are very friendly and enjoyable to work with. They come highly recommended by me. more

We were never pushed into anything by Viktor and his colleagues, who were very patient with us as we learned more about what we wanted. When we went to see properties, Steve always looked out for our best interests and took care of getting us the home we wanted. In any business, it's hard to find someone as dedicated as this group, and I have entire faith in Viktor's ability to protect our interests. more

This year, Viktor assisted me with my son's condo. He set a reasonable price for the apartment. He did an excellent job—he was extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy. I would strongly recommend him for any real estate needs that anyone may have. more
