There is usually a wait time. It's never get in and out. Even if there isn't a line. The staff often takes brakes even when thier are people wating. The staff isn't always polite. They never ask questions or chat in a very friendly way. I have also left there several times unhappy with the way I was treated or the way the haicut turned out.
