I have not used Mr. Rooter yet but am writing this because they helped me when my battery died in a shopping mall parking lot. The manger tried to help but did not have jumper cables. He then contacted one of his techs. Soon his tech was there and they jumped started my car. I offered a token of my appreciation but they declined and wished me a good day and said they were happy that they could help. A big thank you to you guys!
