I live alone and am elderly. They fixed my sink and even offered to take my trash to the curb for me as it is hard for me to get around these days. They really cared about me. more

Great job everyone 6/8/2011

They found a broken water line no one else could. It was a dirty job breaking up the concrete floor to get to it but they took great care not to get my house dirty. They cleaned up after the call and even vacuumed. Great job everyone! Thank you more

Wished we had used them instead of throwing good money after bad with the other companies. Fixed our problem in a quick and inexpensive way. Would recommend to anyone. more

My grandmother had Mr. Rooter out to fix a faucet for her. They put one in and after about a month she didn’t like it. They came out and took that one out and upgraded to a better model at no additional cost to her. She was thrilled. They were really easy to work with and really made my grandmother feel at ease. Highly recommend. more

We called for service and the secretary was very understanding and super friendly. Even though the schedule was full, she said she would try to squeeze us in. A little while later a Mr. Rooter technician called and said he was on his way! Thanks so much for getting to us so soon. Job well done all the way around. more

Mr. Rooter 6/4/2011

I have not used Mr. Rooter yet but am writing this because they helped me when my battery died in a shopping mall parking lot. The manger tried to help but did not have jumper cables. He then contacted one of his techs. Soon his tech was there and they jumped started my car. I offered a token of my appreciation but they declined and wished me a good day and said they were happy that they could help. A big thank you to you guys! more
