I shop at JoAnn for fabric and knitting supplies from time to time. As much as I try to go during "off-peak" hours, I find that 80% of the time they are understaffed. Often it is difficult to find a sales associate if you need help in the aisles. The lines at the cutting table are often 10 people deep and the cash registers are no better.
I have signed up for their sales flyer mailing list multiple times and am still not receiving it.
