Overall experience with installation of new water heater was exceptional. I just had time to meet with the installer, discuss the condition, my choices and how I want it done, plus be clear on the charges (what is included and what are additional) before I had to take off. Someone else filled in for me. When I got back, after the work was done, everything is how I wanted it. The work involved routing discharge piping outside. The finished work was excellent. One month later, and I still have no complaint.
