I love ER. ER was the original "chain" coffeehouse in CU before the others took hold of the area. Although it is a chain, it doesn't feel quite as sterile or fancy as Starbucks. It has some personality and great drinks. The drinks are a little cheaper than what you would find at Starbucks but they still have a pretty good selection. The pastries are WONDERFUL (I love their cookies and muffins). It's also a great place to study if you are lucky enough to get a table. The downstairs is usually pretty quiet and there are less distractions because almost everyone in the basement is there to study. Great place!
